Pavilions
Pavilion reservations are available at Mills Park, Bishop Park, and Ashley Park. Pavilion amenities and capacity vary by location.
Mills Park – Large Pavilion (Capacity: 100)
The large pavilion is located next to the restrooms & basketball courts.

Mills Park – Stage Pavilion (Capacity: 50)
The stage pavilion is located next to the tennis courts, directly across the street from the playground.

Mills Park – Playground Pavilion (Capacity: 30)
The playground pavilion is located within the playground and next to the restrooms.

The pavilion at Bishop Park is located in the green space between the baseball and softball fields.

This newly renovated large pavilion is located at Ashley Park.

Pool Party Room – Important Information
The Pool Party room is located in the Aquatic Center at Bishop Park. Each rental includes designated pool space (lanes 6–8) and access to the diving board.
- All aquatic facility rules must be followed.
- Party room reservation does not include therapy pool usage or other areas.
- Proper swim attire required (no transparency; no overly revealing attire).
- DJ’s or loud music are not allowed.
- Reservations are 2-hour increments (includes setup and cleanup).
- Lap pool depth ranges from 4’6” to 12’.
- Life jackets encouraged for children.
- Lifeguards on duty during party times.
Splash Pad Rental

Splash Pad Rental – Important Information
The Splash Pad is located at Bishop Park and is part of The Aquatic Center. Reservation includes the outdoor splash pad, tables, and patio for up to 25 people. The Pool Party Room is not included.
- All aquatic facility rules must be followed.
- Reserved in 2-hour increments (includes setup and cleanup).
- Maintain distance from non-family members and employees as applicable.
- Enter and exit through the Aquatic Center main entrance.
Mills Pool Rental
Mills Pool is located at Mills Park, 1003 Mills Park Road, Bryant, AR 72022. Reservation includes private usage for up to 60 people, two lifeguards, water slide and water features. Food and drinks are permitted.

- DJ’s or loud music are not allowed.
- Reserved in 2-hour increments (includes setup and cleanup).
- Please arrive ready to swim (shower at home before arrival).
Event Rooms
Event rooms are located at The Center and require advance reservation. Key policies and room details are below.
Event Room Policies
- Setup & cleanup must be done within the reservation time.
- Late checkout results in a $50 fee.
- All fees must be paid in full (no partial payments).
- Reservations must be made more than 14 days in advance (late fee may apply and subject to approval).
- 2-hour minimum on all room rentals.
Refund policy:
- Cancellation within 14 days of reservation: full refund.
- Cancellation 13–7 days of reservation: partial refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days of reservation: no refund.
Room Options
Blue Room (2nd floor): Large meeting room, elevator access. Pre-set with 15 round tables (72") and 3 rectangular tables (6'). Layout sheet required 48 hours before event.
Purple Room (2nd floor): Large meeting room, elevator access. Pre-set with 15 round tables (72") and 3 rectangular tables (6'). Layout sheet required 48 hours before event.
Purple Room – Half (2nd floor): Partial meeting room. Pre-set with 7 round tables (72") and 3 rectangular tables (6'). Layout sheet required 48 hours before event.
Purple/Blue Rooms Combined (2nd floor): Largest meeting room. Pre-set with 30 round tables (72") and 7 rectangular tables (6'). Layout sheet required 48 hours before event.
First Electric Green Room (1st floor): 770 sq. ft. Small room, pre-set with 6 round tables and 3 rectangular tables. Capacity 30 people.
Audio / Visual Equipment Rental
Flat fee: $50 (with room/facility reservation only).
- Projector, screen, and sound system.
- Connects to computers with VGA (Mac users may need adapter).
- Connects to devices with mini-jack (headphone) output.
- Bluetooth capable (provide your own player).
- All rooms have wireless capability.
