Water Department Billing Notice
If your water service has been shut off and you have made a payment on the account, you must contact the Water Billing Office at 501-943-0441 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM before a service request can be issued to restore service. Please note: A reinstate fee is required for all accounts being restored. Payments must be made by 2:00 PM for same-day service. For questions or more information, please call the Water Billing Office during business hours. Online payments incur a $1.25 fee, plus an additional 3.5% for credit and debit card service fees.
Text to Pay
The City of Bryant now offers a convenient Text to Pay service for utility bills. Once enrolled, customers will receive a text message whenever a new balance is posted to their account. Simply reply “Pay” to complete the payment using the card saved during setup. To enroll, call 1-888-312-1921 (Option 4) or visit municipalonlinepayments.com/bryantar.
